Yoga bolsters are usually filled with spelt husk, buckwheat, cotton or kapok. Kapok is a white-gray - yellowish material. It is obtained from the fibers of the kapok tree and is water repellent.
Our bolsters are filled with buckwheat. The cotton is organic and so is the buckwheat it contains.

If you would like to lie softer, simply pour some of the filling into a container. This way you can always adjust the hardness of your bolster. You can use what you have taken out of the filling to refill it later.

Care of your Yoga Bolster Royal Blue:

Because both bolster and meditation cushion have an inner cushion. This allows you to remove the outer cover and wash in cold water or up to max. 30 C. Please do not wash the inner pillow with the buckwheat filling. It is advisable that you refill your bolster with the buckwheat filling every 2 years or better yet completely refill it.
