Bolster Usage:
Our bolster is generously filled with organic buckwheat. Thanks to an inner pillowcase you can remove and wash the outer one. Both pillowcases are made of organic cotton.
The Anatomical Benefit:
Our bolster can help you practice heart openings in a gentle way after a stressful day accompanied by back pain. For example, you lie on the bolster and place the soles of your feet together (legs bent), your upper body facing the ceiling / sky and you place your arms with the palms up next to your head. Alternatively, you can clasp your hands behind your head. If you have neck pain, try how it feels when you let your head hang slightly tilted back. In general, the rule of thumb is: if something doesn't feel right, change your sitting position.
