How can I track my order?

If we have a link, we will send it to you by email. However, we ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post and outside via Swiss Post partners. Therefore, we do not always receive a tracking link. In any case, you will receive an email when your order arrives and leaves our warehouse.

How do I know that I have successfully placed an order?

In any case, you will receive an email when your order arrives and another one when it leaves our warehouse. After delivery, we take the liberty of sending you a link for feedback a few days later. We appreciate your feedback on Google or FB or Pinterest.

How can I exchange or return an item?

Of course, we hope that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered from us. If this is not the case, please contact us first. We will try to find a solution that will satisfy you as a customer. At the same time, we want to protect the environment and depending on the country and weight, sometimes quite costly fees for shipping and customs as well as handling the import are added. Often it just doesn't make sense to send the item back and forth for the above reasons.

We will therefore try to find another solution with you if possible.

Please note that in the event of a return, postage, customs clearance and customs duties to 100% will be at your expense and please notify us of your return by email at short notice. We refuse any acceptance of

a) duty unpaid articles

b) Returns with insufficient postage

When we send you the goods, you will see the cost of shipping and customs clearance during the payment process. We will take care of it for you, so you don't have to worry about anything.

How can I cancel or change an order?

Once you have successfully completed the ordering process and the payment is made, a change is unfortunately no longer possible. Of course you can always try to contact us via Whatsapp, but this is without guarantee.

Other countries on request. We are the general importer for JURU mats in Europe. Our prices are based on the prices of JURU India. We try to be +/- close to the prices of JURU Mats India.
However, since we have to pay for transport and customs clearance as well as VAT and customs clearance, and unfortunately we cannot live on air and love alone, we ask for your understanding that the price may vary from time to time.

In return, however, you have no official or administrative effort. Furthermore, you also have no unexpected costs, which still come to you. Consequently, no unpleasant surprises.

Can I see or try your mats live and on site?

Yes, of course. Just book a trial lesson with us, there you can convince yourself of the quality of the JURU mats, as well as our mediation cushions, pads, singing bowls and props live.

Please excuse the inconvenience. We will be happy to bring you the desired items to our studio in Zurich West for pickup.

However, please let us know 1-3 days in advance. Our camp is not in the yoga studio. Of course we are happy about your interest and also to get to know you. However, in order to prevent disappointment and duplicate paths, we would like to point out that it makes no sense to "drop in" unannounced.

Is it possible to order a custom made (Tailor Made) from you?

In principle, we are of course happy to do so. However, we also have to comply with a minimum order quantity, which varies depending on the product. This can be 20 pieces of an item or even 50. Please contact us for a detailed offer. We are open to your wishes and will do everything to realize your project/ your idea/ your design in the best possible way. Usually a certain lead time is required. The more lead time we have, the better and cheaper this option is for you. Since we import our goods by ship for ecological reasons, this alone takes 6 weeks. Depending on the order situation, the manufactory can sometimes produce within 10 days, but for larger order quantities or depending on the number of pieces or special requests, it can take up to 6 weeks. If you are really in a hurry, a lot is possible - but then it is a question of price, both for the transport by plane and for the manufactory.
