How can i track my order?
If we have a link, we will send it to you by e-mail. However, we send within Switzerland via the Swiss Post and outside via the partners of the Swiss Post. Therefore, we do not always receive a link for tracking. In any case, you will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I know that I have successfully placed an order?
In any case, you will receive an email when your order arrives and when it leaves our warehouse.
After delivery, we take the liberty of sending you a link for feedback a few days later. We are happy to receive your feedback on Google or FB or Pinterest.
How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?
Of course, we hope that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered from us. Should this not be the case, please contact us first. We will try to find a solution that will satisfy you as a customer. At the same time, however, we really want to protect the environment plus, depending on the country and weight, sometimes quite cost-intensive fees for shipping and customs as well as handling the import are added. Often it just doesn’t make sense to ship the item back and forth for the reasons mentioned above.
Therefore, we will try to find another solution with you if possible.
Please note that in the case of a return, postage, customs processing and customs duties are 100% at your expense and please give us short notice of your return by e-mail. We refuse any acceptance of
a) duty unpaid items
b) returns with insufficient postage
c) unregistered returns
If we send you the goods, you will see the costs for shipping and customs clearance during the payment process. We take care of this for you, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Once you have successfully completed the betting process and finished the payment process, a change is unfortunately no longer possible. Of course you can always try to contact us via Whats up but this is without guarantee.

Other countries on request. We are the general importer for JURU mats in Europe. Our prices are based on the prices of JURU India. We try to come +/- close to the prices of JURU Mats India. However, since we have to pay for transport and customs clearance as well as VAT and customs clearance, and unfortunately we cannot live on love and air alone, we ask for your understanding that the price may vary from time to time.
In return, however, you will not have to deal with any official or administrative work. Furthermore, you will not have any unexpected costs to pay. Therefore no unpleasant surprises.
Can I look at or try out your mats live and on site?
Yes, of course. Just book a trial session with us, there you can convince yourself of the quality of the JURU mats, as well as our mediation cushions, pads, singing bowls and props live.
Please excuse the inconvenience. We will be happy to bring the desired items to our studio in Zurich West for collection.
However, please let us know 1-3 days in advance. Our warehouse is not in the yoga studio. Of course we are happy about your interest and also to get to know you. However, in order to prevent disappointment and double trips, we would like to point out that it makes no sense to drop in unannounced.
Is it even possible to order items made on request (Tailor Made) from you?
In principle, of course, we are happy to do so. However, we also have to adhere to a minimum order quantity, which varies depending on the product. This can be 20 pieces of an item or even 50. Please contact us for a deatiled offer. We are open to your wishes and will do our utmost to realise your project / idea / design in the best possible way. Generally, some lead time is necessary. The more lead time we have, the better and cheaper this option is for you. Since we import our goods by ship for ecological reasons, this alone takes 6 weeks. Depending on the order situation, the manufactory can sometimes produce within 10 days, but it can also take up to 6 weeks for increased order volumes or depending on the number of items or special requests. If you are in a real hurry, many things are possible – but it is then a question of price, both for transport by air and for the manufactory.
