Purchases in the online store

The customer who initiates the order gives us the binding order by completing the order through our online store. By doing so, the customer accepts our general terms and conditions. Yoga-Shop-Online accepts the order by sending the goods. Within 48 hours you will receive a confirmation of receipt by mail.

Generally, delivery for online products (e.g. subscriptions, vouchers, yoga sheets) is made to the delivery address provided by the buyer or, in the case of electronic mediation, to the buyer's e-mail address.

In the case of effective orders of goods, delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Minimum order value:

We waive a minimum order value with the exception of smoked products. There is a minimum order value of 5 packs or there is a one-time charge of 4.90- CHF within Switzerland or

4.90.- € within the EU is charged as a flat shipping fee.

Disputes:

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be reached at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Delivery abroad up to a value of goods 150.00 €:

In order to make shopping as convenient as possible for our customers, we are registered for IOSS. This means (Import-One-Stop-System), we take over the customs clearance and the administrative work for you.

A delivery abroad is therefore possible. Generally we deliver to all countries within the EU as well as UK and of course within Switzerland. Swiss law (OR) applies and the place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Yoga- Shop-Online GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland. For shipments abroad, the usual customs handling fees, the recipient's local VAT and shipping costs will be added.

These are calculated according to the destination of the delivery address and weight. These are visible during the ordering process in the check out. Thus, no hidden or additional costs await you.

Also, you don't have to fill out anything and deal with customs authorities. Our distribution rights for JURU are limited to the EU and UK and Switzerland. Please understand that we cannot ship JURU mats outside the EU.

Prices:

All prices within Switzerland are inclusive of VAT. For deliveries abroad, the customary value added tax will be added instead. e.g. in Germany 

19 %. We will then only charge the VAT of the delivery destination, the VAT of CH is of course omitted. You will then automatically see the sales price including your VAT. This will also be shown separately at the end of payment. Prices are subject to change, the same applies to unintentional errors. The prices at the time of your order are binding and valid.

Shipping costs Switzerland:

For all shipments within Switzerland, our prices include VAT and shipping costs. Generally we ship with the Swiss Post, Economy.

Shipping costs EU + UK:

as compensation since we have the shipping costs included for CH:

We take over the 5.- CHF tracking fee for foreign shipments as well as the administrative effort for customs clearance for you.

Again, we ship with Swiss Post, Economy. The usual shipping costs for the country apply. As a small indication, the prices are without guarantee and serve only as a starting point:

Credit Check:

During the payment process we reserve the right to check the creditworthiness (coverage) of the card, as well as the details and validity period. In addition, the address details of the buyer. We also reserve the right to refuse a purchase.

Right of withdrawal. In principle, the customer can return a product within a period of 14 days after receipt. Excluded from this are reduced items and all items under 50.00 CHF. Exchange / Return Policy:

Exchange / return reduced items / cost return shipping + customs:

A right of return on all purchases in our yoga online store under 50.00 CHF per product is excluded. One reason for this is respect for our environment. Reduced goods or goods with possible errors / minor damage we explicitly mark so. You can rely on our information. Also there we exclude an exchange, especially if the complaint is about the error described by us.

The cost of return shipping and any customs charges are borne by the buyer. Even in the case of a credit note, an exchange, these will not be refunded by us.

As already mentioned, we will add your shipping costs to the delivery on the invoice. In addition, we take care of the customs modalities in the destination country to save you work. In the case of a return, this is up to you, we refuse to accept any fees of any kind still to be paid and exclude in this case then also the exchange. Therefore, please always contact us first!

However, as a consumer, you must pay for any loss in value of the goods caused by excessive or improper handling / use of the goods. Note that the right of return does not apply to used items or damaged packaging. Due to the possible depreciation of the goods, we ask that you return them (always after consultation) and always in the original packaging. Furthermore, we ask you to leave the label on textiles.

Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. If the product has been assembled or used, unfortunately we cannot resell it and therefore exclude a full refund. Depending on the condition of the product, we charge a reduction of the purchase price in the amount of at least 40 % - 100 %.

Please note that we will deduct a flat handling fee of €10 from your refund for items up to 1kg. Items 2-5 kg will incur a 25 € handling fee and items over 5 kg will incur a 50.00 € handling fee.

Please also check that you have entered the correct shipping address. If we change the shipping address after registration, please contact us. In this case we will charge a flat fee of

10.00 CHF will be charged.

For packages that we could not deliver within 14 days, or if they were not picked up by you, the shipment will be returned to us. In this case, the fee in the amount of shipping and return shipping plus customs processing fee and VAT will be charged to you or deducted from your payment already made. Because these are the costs that we have incurred. Not picked up packages do not fall under the right of withdrawal.

We want you to be happy. So if you want to return the goods for any other reason, except for the defects / damages described by us, please contact us!

Describe your complaint as detailed as possible, with photos and / or video and we will try to solve your complaint individually to your satisfaction.

Please note that we do not bear the cost of returns, as well as any customs duties / offset VAT or customs processing fees. Specifically, we do not accept any returns without prior agreement or explicit order of the goods / delivery from us.

Availability-Reservation:

If we determine after receipt of your order that the ordered product or service can no longer be offered or an event / retreat can not be carried out, we are entitled to offer you a product equivalent in price and performance, an equivalent service / event / retreat or withdraw from the contract. Already received payments will be. You will be refunded if necessary. In any case, we need your contact information. In addition, we will inform you and "offer you alternatives".
