Our belt in nature is a tool. This helps us to better achieve certain asanas (yoga positions). Aids, such as our belt, can help us to practice a position in a position that is not harmful to our health. Often, however, yoga students get in the way of their own ego. Thereby it is not at all shameful to resort to aids. They are used in Ashtanga as well as in BKS Iyengar's method of yoga. It is due to both of them that aids are used at all. Well, the application of our belt in nature is exceedingly diverse. On the one hand for heart openings or also hip openings as well as target positions such as "The Dancer". Furthermore, a belt can often be applied to twists as turning positions.
Enclosed (see below) some example positions where our harness can be helpful. Exercising is at your own risk, we exclude any liability in case of injury! You may also like our belt for splits and backbends, this is fixed to a wall or above the door frame. (see here in the picture on the left)
